Shu-Hsing Wu
My research team focuses on addressing action mechanisms responsible for two essential processes for plants/crops to ensure growth competitiveness: the photomorphogenic development and the establishment/operation of the circadian clock. We employ state-of-the-art and high-throughput methods to obtain snapshots of genome/proteome activities for generating new hypotheses to be tested, particularly for gene expression regulation at all levels of central dogma.
